CANCELLATION POLICY

Spa Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To help us serve everyone efficiently, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy. Appointments * A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve your appointment. * Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and relax before your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling * We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee of 50 dollars. * Same-day cancellations may also be subject to this fee. No-Show Policy * Clients who miss an appointment without notifying us will be charged a fee of 100 dollars. * Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment when booking future appointments or may cause you to lose your session. Late Arrivals * If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. * Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
